I am writing to you today to appeal for your support in helping two young students pursue their dreams of becoming lawyers. Rajni and Arti are two Dalit students who are currently in their fourth semester of a five-year BA LLB course at Kailash Institute of Law, which is affiliated with the well-known Chaudhary Charan Singh University.
Rajni and Arti have faced numerous challenges in their pursuit of education, including not having their caste certificates in 2021 and 2022 due to significant delays on the part of the government. As a result, they were unable to apply for a government scholarship and had to rely on the support of Mission Law Education, which is jointly implemented by charitable organizations Aspire India Foundation and Vision India Welfare Trust.
While Mission Law Education has been able to provide some financial assistance to Rajni and Arti, it is a non-funded program and has only been able to raise limited funds through crowdfunding. As a result, Rajni and Arti are now facing a significant financial hurdle: they must pay their second-year course fees of RS 25000 by the end of this month (April 30th, 2023).
I believe that Rajni and Arti are hardworking and committed students who have shown steady improvement in their semester exam scores. With your support, they will be able to continue their education and ultimately realize their dreams of becoming lawyers. I have enclosed their college bonafide certificates, caste certificates, and semester results up to the third semester for your reference.
