The history of mankind can be described as a legacy of struggles of the oppressed against the oppressor.
In this subcontinent, the struggle is of a unique nature because of a unique form of oppression, caste.
Caste is a human construct based on religious foundations. The discriminative plot of the oppressor is based on birth. Religious sanity of this graded hierarchy system of social inequality is being maintained for more than 1500 years.
For no intellectual class has prostituted its intelligence to invent a philosophy to keep his uneducated countrymen in a perpetual state of ignorance and poverty as the Brahmins have done in India ~ Dr. BR Ambedkar
Brahminism -Vedic Hinduism laid down this structured multilayered format with superstitious doctrines and self driven divinity. This format had to be supported and sustained by scriptures, religious manuscripts and mythological folktales. Brahminical god men ably supported by ruling class doctored and monitored the divisive caste system in such a way that it became a conditioned reflex hereditary in nature.
For successive generations this evil human construct percolated and persisted. Just as the invisible dark matter bathes every stellar system in the universe, caste system bathes every dimension of this society sweeping across and rising above all educational, elite and economical standards. From rural household to urban settlements, from educational institutions to corporate blocks, from the governing, executive and judicial class of the establishment to the media houses, this man made evil thrives in all forms of civic life.
The bondage of human mind to caste is so strong that even migration across borders couldn’t suppress this socially evolved human trait.
Caste is a perversion of Varna ~ Dr BR Ambedkar
This layered caste system is made to attain purity, sanity and indubitable status. Cult behaviour and human worship in this society gave moral sanctity and ‘sane’ justification to this anti human caste system.
For an egalitarian society to evolve, to uphold the virtues of equality, fraternity and liberty, complete eradication of caste or more directly, de-brahiminsation was required at all times. When caste menace reached its peak, powerful shramanic antidotes and social reform cleansers time and again rose to attack the basic foundations of caste system.
The Brahminical caste system acquired resistance to these antidotes. Adaptation to time and culminated manipulation gives strength and impetus to the caste system. The cure from this disease is inevitable. The inevitable cure is Ambedkar.
Ambedkar studied the anatomy and physiology of caste. He researched the epidemiology of this social disease. His autopsy report of the Hindu caste ridden society was explicit. His micro molecular data of caste origins and pathology of dissemination as metastasis was authoritative.
His medical prescription for social intercourse and harmony eventually followed.
To keep people illiterate and then make their illiteracy the ground for their non-enfranchisement is to add insult to injury ~ Dr BR Ambedkar
Buddha said “for solutions, go to the people.” Ambedkar always followed this doctrine in his relentless struggle. He always stood with toiling masses, the victims of social discrimination. He drew inspiration, empowerment and multipronged weaponry of social justice from his kindred. His thoughts and thought process, his intellect and his socio political actions were all channelized to nullify the caste driven Brahminical hegemony.

To say that killing is no killing because what is killed is the body and not the soul is an unheard of defense of murder ~ Dr BR on Bhagvad Gita
He questioned and exposed the sanity of Vedas, Bhagavad gita, Manusmriti, Upanishads and any holy doctrines upholding the chaturvarna caste system. His knowledge of the scriptures were unquestionable and his criticisms were scholarly. He brought down the religious utopian empires of Ramayana and Mahabharatha and reduced them to mere fantasy through his shrapnel of rationalism.
The formal framework of democracy is of no value and would indeed be a misfit if there was no social democracy ~ Dr BR Ambedkar
His socio political struggle and his pursuit of wisdom replaced caste laden laws of Manu with democratic values enshrined in the constitution for the Indian Republic for which every citizen of this country is indebted to.
You cannot be liberal by halves. You cannot be liberal in politics and conservative in religion ~ Dr BR Ambedkar
He removed the sanity of many mahatmas who lived before, during and after his life time.
He delivered his vision to all socially blind oppressed classes. A spectacle to expose the true nature of treacherous pseudo reformers, a spectacle which will expose the hidden agenda of caste perpetuation and a spectacle to tackle appropriation of work and life of shramanic icons.
His spade of structured social activism is very much in active circulation among the young revolutionary minds of this country to combat any Brahminical Hindu order onslaught of any form.
His arsenal is a universal access to any individual or an entity fighting against any form of discrimination, gender injustice and social evils.
His exploration of Buddha dhamma gave revelations of a rational nature to the spiritual needs of the oppressed classes. His arguments over Marxian standpoints to attain equality and fraternity though not at the cost of liberty is still a pending debate from the liberal left.
To summate …to act ….to step forward ….to oppose …. To sustain …..To reach
