We will stand on our ground,
The government will open fire
To make their profits go higher.
They are the sellers and they are the buyers
Of our land
For their development we are migrating
Then why is our settlement still waiting?
When we speak they don’t get scared
Because our voices are easily suppressed
To sideline us they have tried everything
But are still not guilty of anything,
Who is there to speak of our unspeakable distress?
Why does no one care that we are still oppressed
Why does this oppression not end
Why does the government not bend
To whom shall we ask the questions?
Are we ever going to get the answers?
But, we will not give them our surroundings
Till then we will stand on our ground.
