Moga : A 20-year-old was arrested for allegedly raping his neighbour in Bedi Nagar area here, police said today. Police arrested Ram Singh for alleged rape of the 16-year-old Dalit girl on October 18. Investigations revealed that the accused, after committing the crime, left his village and took shelter in Munawan village of the district.
On a tip off, police raided the house, where the accused was staying amd arrested him.
